Welcome to OurFamilyJourneys, chronicles of our travels with our kids that we hope will help you plan your own.

We are a family of four that consists of myself, W, my wonderful supportive husband, H, and our two little ones. At the time of writing this, our daughter D is 6 and our son S is 4. We work regular 9-5 (more like 8-6!) jobs, the kids go to school, so we have many of the same struggles as most other families. The idea behind this website is for us to share what worked for us, and aid you in planning your own. As we planned our trips, we noticed that a great many bloggers didn’t share the same lifestyle as us, thereby making them un-relatable or hard to follow.

Some had quit their jobs to travel full time, a great many were staging their pictures, and another category were being sponsored to write favorable reviews about vendors.

With us, it’s all real. We tell it like it is, and hope you appreciate our honesty. Thank you for visiting, we hope we can help you, as many others have helped us.
